The quote tool
Our quote form collects gender, date of birth, health self-rating, tobacco status, requested coverage, and desired term. The carriers' quote system processes these inputs to generate rates but doesn't retain them on our systems. Names, locations, phone numbers, and addresses aren't required to view quotes. When you submit identical requests repeatedly, a short-duration temporary storage may serve the cached answer to avoid redundant queries.
Applying
When you opt to apply, your provided information populates a protected application managed by the carriers' system, and you'll proceed under that system's privacy rules. Susman Insurance Agency, License 0B75129, a licensed California insurer, oversees your application.
The contact form
Our message form requests your name, email address, optional phone, preferred contact method, subject area, and your message content. Email delivery goes to the agency, with your address serving as the reply route. We maintain no message archive, maintain no submission database, and keep no log of submitted messages. A temporary anti-spam verification runs locally in your browser before transmission.
Measurement
Traffic to this domain is tracked using privacy-first, cookieless analytics from our own servers. We set no cookies or persistent identifiers; the final two segments of your IP get scrambled before storage; we remove tracking identifiers from referring URLs; server logs are destroyed 90 days later. Users sending Do Not Track headers or Global Privacy Control signals aren't included in any counts.
What we do not do
Your information stays confidential—we decline to sell or share it, we don't employ ad-tracking vendors, and we skip third-party analytics entirely. The one external element is the carriers' secure application form on the apply page, which only activates when you visit there.
